Coaching Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Any business decisions you make are your own responsibility
• Results vary and depend on many factors outside our control
• Past results or testimonials do not guarantee future outcomes
• You should consult appropriate professionals for legal, financial, or tax matters
• We make no guarantees regarding income, business growth, or specific results

Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Account Registration

Some Services may require you to create an account. You agree to:

Booking and Scheduling

• You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time
• Sessions not attended without proper cancellation may be forfeited

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the session or applicable fees.

Payment Terms

Pricing

All prices for our Services are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be confirmed before purchase.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching and consulting services, refunds are generally not provided once services have been rendered or sessions have been delivered. Specific refund terms may be outlined in individual service agreements. If you have concerns about a purchase, please contact us within 7 days.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, templates, frameworks, methodologies, course materials, and digital assets — are owned by TroyApproved and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Communication Consent

• Marketing communications (where you have opted in)
• Administrative messages regarding your account

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Service-related communications necessary for the provision of our Services may not be opted out of while you are an active client.
